1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using SailIdea ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

SailIdea provides AI-powered startup idea evaluation. The Service analyzes user-submitted ideas across multiple metrics and provides scores, insights, and recommendations. The Service is provided "as is" and AI-generated evaluations are for informational purposes only.

3. USER ACCOUNTS

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • One account per person; sharing accounts is not permitted
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service

4. PAYMENTS & SUBSCRIPTIONS

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support for refund requests.

AI evaluation credits are consumed upon use and are non-refundable.

5. ACCEPTABLE USE

  • Do not use the Service for illegal activities or to evaluate illegal business ideas
  • Do not attempt to circumvent usage limits or credit systems
  • Do not scrape, reverse-engineer, or abuse the AI evaluation system
  • Do not submit content that is offensive, defamatory, or violates others' rights

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

You retain ownership of the ideas you submit to the Service.

AI-generated evaluations are provided for your use but may not be resold as a standalone service.

By making an idea public, you grant SailIdea a license to display it on the leaderboard and public pages.

7. DISCLAIMERS

AI evaluations are for informational purposes only and do not constitute business, financial, or legal advice.

Scores and recommendations are generated by AI and may not reflect actual market conditions.

SailIdea is not responsible for business decisions made based on AI evaluations.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

SailIdea shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.
